Week 2 Down!

Hello ladies! I stayed at exactly 195.0 so no weight loss for me this week. This is to a better week! I just got done running a 5k. My best time ever so I'm pretty proud!  :)

  1. 5 K is amazing. I do not like to run so a short trip down the road and back is my big event. I am so impressed with your sticking to running that far. We have all had a crazy week so hopefully everyone can do better with help and encouragement.

    1. aww thanks so much!! I'm trying. I'm not great at it, but I do it! This last 5k I was in dead last place but it was my best time ever so I was still proud! I have another one tomorrow and 2 more next month. I have never liked running either but have always had a marathon as something I would like to achieve in life. I started these 5k's last year and got hooked. Bet you would too! ;)

  2. Yeah! Good for you! I am always amazed at how your body can adapt to new challenges like running. The more you do it the easier it becomes. What a great accomplishment. Keep your momentum going.
